My primary work is “denim carving”—a process where I build a base from upcycled denim and resin, then slowly carve into it to discover the form within. Depending on the design, I combine this with sterling silver, brass, copper, or beads. I also work with hardened denim, using heat to shape it into organic, textured forms.
In addition to textile-based work, I rework vintage cutlery into jewellery using traditional techniques such as cutting, forming, soldering, patination, and silver plating.
My leather jewellery is equally tactile, created through hand-drawing, cutting, sewing, and forming to keep the process direct and intimate. I made jewellery boxes too.
Alongside these pieces, I also design what I call “scarf-jewels” or transformers—one-off textile pieces that combine the function of scarves and jewellery. These are designed to be worn in multiple ways and are created using sewing, hand sewing, macramé, and hand drawing and printing on fabric.
A new addition to my handmade collection- pet bandanas, bows and ties — created with the same fabrics, textures and artistic spirit as my scarves
