The Abbotsford Makers Market is a not for profit association supporting and showcasing the diversity and excellence of local artisans and crafters.
All items are handmade original designs and include photography, textiles, print, wood, ceramic, jewellery, sculpture, paper, glass, clothing, toys, home decor and more.
The market is held indoors on the 3rd Sunday of EVERY month in the main Convent building at the Abbotsford Convent.
The Convent is an exciting arts precinct situated by the Yarra and the Collingwood Children’s Farm. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, the Convent’s historic buildings are full of studios, galleries, meeting and workshop spaces plus a choice of excellent eating places.
Ample parking is available across the road for a small fee of $6.00 (gold coins are preferable) monies from this helps support the continuing restoration of the Convent’s many buildings.
