Hey there!
We, the team at Batman have been over the moon with the launch of our Batman Night Market series. We’ve welcomed over 6500 faces in the last three weeks, that have enjoyed the best of Melbourne’s street food, live music and djs.
The Culture Trip and Time Out have identified us as “the new kid on the block” not to mention the great feedback we’ve had from familiar faces and stall holders returning to the market each week. We have comprehensive advertisement platforms on 3RR and PBS radio stations with a strong Facebook, Instagram and online following to boot.
We’re passionate about the creative community of Melbourne and are always thinking of new and exciting ways to both support and be involved in this.
One of our proudest creative programs was “Batman Line Works”. We allocated resources to 15 talented local street artists and gave them creative licence within the market site to go nuts. And they did..!
We have a big hand in programming our dj lineup at the Public Bar, and we also team with Melbourne’s TRNSMT who assist in providing local artists throughout our creative and entertainment programs.
We’re excited to announce to you the launch of our very own Batman Creative Warehouse.
The idea is simple.. We’re creating an independent platform within the night market with which to promote some of Melbourne’s favourite creative talent.
We’ve identified an independent 800m2 warehouse space within the complex to host up to 30 design stalls each Saturday night.
Whether it’s clothing / art / design / homeware / jewellery / vintage, we’re bringing together the best to make the space come alive.
This is purely space for creators to showcase their products, to the ever growing community of Coburg and for the weekly visitors of the Batman Night Market.
This is designed for those interested in collaborating with us and those who would like to be a part of the Creative Warehouse program!
