Hi, I’m Bridgette, I’m one of co-founder's of Carmela’s Arancini, along with my 2 siblings, we've decided to pass on our mothers home recipes and passion for food. With our strong Sicilian heritage and growing up surrounded by family recipes that have been handed down for generations. Arancini has a special place in our hearts. Each arancini tells a story of tradition, care, and love for good food.

We started Carmela’s Arancini because we wanted to bring authentic, handmade Sicilian arancini to local markets and communities, giving people a taste of something real, fresh, and delicious. Every arancini is made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, following traditional recipes while also exploring unique flavours to surprise and delight customers.
